The purpose of the Zebra ScaleUp project is to help new, sustainability-focused companies enhance their growth. The project is a collaboration between Haaga-Helia and the Estonian Tehnopol Science & Business Park, and it’s funded by the EU’s Interreg Central Baltic program.
The Zebra ScaleUp project, which had its kick-off in spring 2024, will start its activities supporting companies in October. The first event for participating companies is the Ecosystem Event, to be held on October 8th in Tallinn. The event will be in a hybrid format, so participants can also join online.
The project's goal is to support companies committed to sustainability in expanding their operations, especially those facing growth challenges. It is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups from all sectors in the Central Baltic region (see image). The project follows a funnel model, where some participants from the first event will be selected to continue to bootcamp events held early next year, and from there, some will proceed to 1-on-1 mentoring sessions.
More detailed information about the Ecosystem Event, the progress of the project, and participation criteria can be found on the project’s website. You can also register for the October 8th event through the website.
