Nordic Business Forum (NBF), one of world's largest business seminars, will again be held at the Helsinki Expo / Messukeskus 16–17 September 2026. NBF has collaborated with Haaga-Helia since years to build a customer service and hospitality team for the event.
This year, NBF is looking for hundreds of customer service-minded students to join the team. This is an exceptional opportunity for Haaga-Helia and 3AMK students to work at one of the world's premier business conferences – and get 3 credits!

Haaga-Helia instructs participating students to contact their teachers as soon as possible if participation in NBF will cause absences from other courses. NBF related absences from other contact, online or blended courses will not lead to a failing grade.
NBF trainings will be held in English at the Pasila campus.
Haaga-Helia students receive credits for their participation in the Nordic Business Forum. In order to receive credits for their work, students must attend all of the days listed above and return course report by October 15th. NBF will pay students for the hours they work during the week of the event from 14-17 September 2026. Haaga-Helia warmly encourages its students to be part of the event.
