Enrolment for autumn semester 2026 

The enrolment for autumn semester 2026 implementations begins on 13 May 2026 at 8.00 and ends on 20 May 2026 at 16.00. The post-enrolment begins on 1 June 2026 at 9.00 and ends at 16.00 on the Friday of the week before the implementation begins. 

Master thesis workshops on Mondays from 17.00 to 19.00 

You can enrol for spring 2026 thesis workshops in Webropol. The registration link can also be found on the “Thesis, Master’s Studies” webpage.

The Haaga-Helia Master’s Student Survey opens on 14 April 

Did you start your Master’s studies in autumn 2025 or spring 2026? Then this survey is especially for you. 

On Tuesday, 14 April, you will receive an invitation to Haaga-Helia’s student survey in your Haaga-Helia email (sender: Haaga-Helia via [email protected]). 

The survey focuses on study ability, wellbeing, and the functionality of study-related services. Completing the survey takes approximately 10 minutes, and the results will be reported in a fully anonymous form. Your response is extremely important and will be used to develop our educational services. 

Master's thesis – Help! Information search training, 16 April, 16:00–17:00  

Master’s student, are you looking for help with finding good source material for your thesis? Look no further! This library information session is intended specifically for those working on their Master’s theses, but anyone interested in improving their information searching skills is more than welcome. We will concentrate on searching for peer-reviewed and other scholarly materials. Read more and join the training session! 

Applying for graduation 

The last day to apply for graduation in the spring semester is Monday 8 June 2026 at 23.59, if you wish to attend the graduation ceremony on 16 June 2026. 

Note! If you complete all the assignments/reports required for the assessment of the missing credits, submit them by July 31, and apply for graduation at the latest on July 31, you can still graduate during the spring semester 2026, provided that the credits will be approved. Please note that for those applying for a degree certificate after June 8, the degree certificate will be delivered possibly at the end of August at the earliest. 

Enrolment for attendance/non-attendance 2026–2027 

Students have to enrol for attendance/non-attendance each academic year. Enroll as present or absent for the following academic (2026-2027) year in Peppi during 31 March–12 June 2026.
