Joint application period has ended – Haaga-Helia continues to attract applicants

The attractiveness of Haaga-Helia's English-language courses maintained almost at the same level as last year during the first spring joint application period, which ended on Wednesday 17 January. During this application period, Haaga-Helia received altogether 9 365 applications for degree programmes in English.

In the first joint application period, Haaga-Helia's eight Bachelor's and one Master's programme were open for application. There are 289 study places available for the programmes taught in English that start in August 2024. On average, there were 32 applicants per study place.

In terms of open study places, the most popular Bachelor's degree programmes were Business Information Technology (around 125 applicants per study place) and Hospitality and Tourism Experience Management (around 60 applicants per study place). The new Master's double degree in Business Technologies and Management also attracted many applications (49 applicants per study place).
