Introducing Finna Hacks: Save your searches
The National Library of Finland asked for feedback about Finna services in its recent survey. We at Haaga-Helia received many great ideas, including suggestions for improving the HH Finna interface. We promise to start working on these development ideas.
There’s something we can do immediately. Some requests were related to features that HH Finna already has—we just haven't communicated them well enough. We aim to fix that now. Let us introduce the very first Finna Hack!

If only I could save my searches and sessions in HH Finna
Well, you can! Your current session's searches are available in Search History. You can access it from the Search Functions menu at the top of the page.
When you log into your HH Finna account, you can save a search and return to it later in Saved searches of Your account. If you wish, you can also turn your search into an Alert, which will notify you by email when new materials matching your search criteria become available.
