FSHS will serve students throughout the summer

FSHS’s digital and remote services will operate on all weekdays and there are several service units in our service areas that are open throughout the summer. If necessary, you will be directed from the assessment of the need for treatment to either a remote appointment or to a local appointment to another open service unit.

The nationwide telephone services for the need for treatment assessments and service guidance are available throughout the summer Mon-Thurs from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and Fri from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm (excluding public holidays).

SelfChat is open on weekdays

  • in matters related to general and mental health Mon–Fri 9 am to 11 am
  • in matters related to oral health Mon–Fri 9 am to 11 am.
  • the chat line for hearing-impaired custormers is open Mon–Thu 8 am–3 pm and Fri 8 am–2 pm.

The services can only be used when registered as present for the semester

In order to use FSHS services, including the Self online service and remote services, you must be registered as an attending student. Please note, that the transfer of the information regarding your enrollment comes with a small delay to us.

If you have registered as an attending student for the spring semester 2024, the right to use FSHS´s services will continue until 31 July 2024. You must register as an attending student for the autumn semester 2024 in order to use our services also in August 2024. The autumn semester starts on 1 August 2024.
