Develop your Intercultural competencies and collaboration skills in an international intensive week in Heidelberg, Germany in Oct 2024

New Gen, New Work, New Skills (4 ECTS)

What: SRH Hochschule in Heidelberg, Germany will organise a blended international course in September-October 2024 and Haaga-Helia students are welcome to join the course. While technology is disrupting business and life, the future of work is changing fundamentally. Hard skills are not enough anymore, soft skills and a growth mindset are required to adopt to this global transformation. In the project, powered by GDEXA, we will demystify the reasons for the current skills -gap and collaboratively learn and practically apply new skills such as storytelling, pitch perfect, intercultural communication and more.
