Body
Haaga-Helia organises two graduation ceremonies every year. This time the ceremony was organised for the first time at the renewed Finlandia Hall.
Stronger together – 1 332 new alumni to our community
A total of 1 332 students have graduated in the spring semester, of which 1009 had completed a Bachelor's degree and 323 a Master's degree. Upon graduation, they also joined the Haaga-Helia alumni community with more than 48 000 members.
The ceremony included a speech to the graduates by President Teemu Kokko and a greeting to the graduates from the business life by double alumnus, Kim Qvick.
In his speech, Qvick described how the skills he has acquired at Haaga-Helia have carried him through his journey in both professional and private life. He highlighted that a diploma is not just a piece of paper, but also a testimony of commitment, critical thinking and collaboration skills.

During the graduation ceremony, scholarships were awarded to graduates. The scholarships were awarded to a total of 77 graduating students, of which 46 graduates were present at the ceremony.
