The new Hydrohex Studio has opened at Hotel Haaga Central Park. Zone Sports Services members now have an excellent opportunity to try out Hydrohex Studio and its services.
Hydrohex Studio offers virtual aqua fitness classes for everyone who enjoys exercising in water. In the water, you can perform an intense workout without the hard impacts typical of land-based movements. Water training is gentle on the joints, yet you still achieve the same results as on land. The classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
