Are you a support function worker or specialist? We need your expertise to develop our AI training
Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and Estonian Business School are exploring what AI skills the workplace needs. The international FinEstAI project is gathering AI experiences from professionals working in HR, IT, finance and administration, assistant roles, and other knowledge work support functions.
Body
Artificial intelligence is transforming knowledge work at an unprecedented pace, but what skills do businesses really need today and in the future? The FinEstAI project seeks answers to this question through a Finnish-Estonian survey.
FinEstAI is mapping the AI skills and training needs of professionals in support functions. The survey specifically targets people working in HR, IT, finance and administration, assistant roles, and other knowledge work support functions.
The information collected will be applied directly in practice. By completing the survey, you'll help us shape the AI competencies that support function professionals will gain in the future.
The research findings will identify skills gaps and areas for development, forming the foundation for a new, practical and entirely free AI training programme for female workers in Finland and Estonia.
You can complete the survey anonymously until 12 January 2026. It takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Your responses will help us tailor AI training to meet the real needs of women working in support roles.
The survey form is available in Finnish, Estonian and English. Thank you for your help!
