The partnership between Haaga-Helia and OP Financial Group has reached a remarkable 20-year milestone. The lasting and fruitful cooperation has deepened over the years and will continue to grow stronger and renewed.
The fruits of long-term cooperation are not far to seek: OP Financial Group currently employs more Haaga-Helia alumni than any other partner company. According to LinkedIn data, the number of alumni is a staggering 556. As a well known, financially sound Finnish company, OP Financial Group is an attractive employer offering a wide range of career opportunities, including ever-growing opportunities in the IT sector.
The company has taken thoughtful steps to increase the recruitment of international students and is also considering how to develop its trainee programme to better serve international students. AI has also become an important part of the skills map of the future, so AI trainers are now also on the list to be recruited.
