Viaporin Kekri will be celebrated on All Saints’ Day, November 1st. Suomenlinna’s dark season urban event is now more local than ever – full of art, culture, and flavours! Go and experience the Journey to Light programme designed by Haaga-Helia event management students.

Journey to Light is an outdoor programme created by event management students from Haaga-Helia. The experience is a route winding through the Viapori Kekri area, designed especially for families with children.
Step through the glowing gate into a magical world where wishes, fairies and festivity come to life. Hang your own wish on the Wishing Tree, search for hidden fairies with a flashlight in the depths of the playground, become part of the story with glitter face paint at Levyhalli, and listen to the whispers of fairies hidden within the walls of Bastion Höpken.
As evening falls, the spirits of light return for a radiant dance celebration open to all believers. Folklore dance performances (5–10 min) bring the story to life throughout the evening at 17.30, 18.30, 19.30, 20.30 and 21.30.

Viaporin kekri is organised in collaboration with hospitality management students from Haaga-Helia, as well as local entrepreneurs, associations, and artists. The event is hosted by the Governing Body of Suomenlinna.
