An Introduction to Finnish Trade Unions with PAM
Are you interested in learning more about Finnish Trade Unions, workers' rights in Finland and employers responsibilities? Service Sector Union and Haaga-Helia company partner PAM lecture is designed to answer your questions and help you learn more about both trade unions and working in Finland.
About
During Service Sector Union PAM's lecture attendees can learn more about:
- the role of trade unions
- the rights and obligations of employees
- collective agreements.
After the lecture, attendees will better understand, for example, how the salary in the retail sector is composed and whom to turn to if you encounter problems at work. The lecture will be around 45 minutes long, afterwards students will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Interested students do not need to sign-up for the event. Please note this event will held in English but attendees can also ask questions in Finnish.
