Help Me Help You is a practical, interactive session where you meet others, share what you need, and leave with real next steps.

This edition is organized with Intero Integration and is part of Haaga-Helia’s Course Connect series. It will bring together students and international talents from Haaga-Helia, Metropolia, and Laurea universities, alongside the wider Intero's community and is open to anyone interested.

What makes this session different

This is not a lecture.

It’s a structured, facilitated format designed by Joppe Quaedvlieg, focused on one simple idea:
people in the room can help each other move forward quickly and concretely.

You’ll have the space to:

• Share something you’re currently figuring out (work, life, integration, summer plans…)
• Get input, ideas, and support from others
• Offer your own perspective and help someone else

• International talents living in Finland
