A warm welcome to Haaga-Helia's autumn graduation ceremony 2025 on Thursday 18 December.

Haaga-Helia's graduation ceremony will take place at Finlandia Hall Congress Wing (Mannerheimintie 13, Helsinki).

All degree students who have applied for graduation during the autumn semester and will graduate by the end of December are welcome to attend (Bachelor and Master graduates from Helsinki, Porvoo and Vierumäki campuses).

Programme

The ceremony starts at 14:00. There are designated seats for the graduates by their degree. Please arrive before 13.45, so you will have time to find your seat.

The programme starts with a music performance, followed by the President's and alumn speeches. Graduates will be greeted on the stage with a rose and a congratulations card. They will be invited to the front in groups and from there, to the stage in alphabetical order. Scholarships will be handed out in the same manner (scholarship awardees have been informed in advance of the scholarship). Finally, we will hear greetings from the campuses and some more festive music.

After the ceremony, coffee and cake will be offered at the Piazza foyer and you will have an opportunity to have your graduation photo taken. The photo booth is open before and after the ceremony.

More information and the seating order will be sent by email to the registered graduates. Please read the instructions carefully.

Dress code: Semi-formal attire.

Registration

Pre-registration is required to attend the ceremony. The registration link is on the confirmation of your graduation application. Please register by 9 December.

Remember to apply for graduation on time.

Guests

We will reserve places primarily for the graduates, due to limited capacity of the venue. We will open the registration for guests if there are seats available and inform the registered graduates about the registration on 10 December.
