3T Project: Tastes and opportunities - Working together for successful refugee employment!
Welcome to the event of the project Refugees' Working Life Skills - from Recognition to Employment!
The purpose of the event is to accelerate the employment of refugees who have recently acquired or are in the process of acquiring work rights in Finland. The project's diverse target groups include:
- Refugees with work rights or those in the process of obtaining work rights
- Employers
- Stakeholders actively supporting the employment of refugees
The event provides a unique opportunity for all these groups to come together, fostering mutual understanding of how we can collectively support businesses and refugees to facilitate quick and effortless employment.
We will hear from inspiring speakers who will provide various perspectives on refugees' employment in Finland. Valuable information will be shared on how to consider cultural differences in employment and how to create functional multicultural work environments. Additionally, we will explore ways to support refugees seeking employment in finding suitable employers.
Participants in the event will have the chance to discuss and share ideas on effective methods that promote the swift employment of refugees. After expert presentations and workshops, we will enjoy Ukrainian cuisine and continue insightful discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
Everyone interested in the topic is warmly welcome to attend the event! Those involved in the project have received invitations in their email.
