Virve Vainio (MA) works as a Senior Lecturer at Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education
Vainio has experience as a teacher in vocational education, vocational special education and vocational teacher education. She has also 5 years practice in developing and implementing a workbased model of preparatory education for upper secondary vocational education and training.
She has worked also in different development projects related to flexible basic education and learning at work places (trajectories from basic school to vocational education; collaboration between teachers of lower secondary school and vocational institutions; collaboration between teachers and employers/work place mentors).
