Customer service

Library personnel helps with using information materials and information searching. Check the customer service hours in our opening hours calendar.

Self-service library

The self-service library has longer opening hours than library's customer service hours. Use the library independently: borrow and return with the self-service machine or collect reservations.

Study areas

Library's study areas can be used during the library opening hours.

Equipment

The library has computers for the use of Haaga-Helia students and staff. A multifunction device is available for printing and scanning.

All customers can use library's e-resources with the information retrieval workstation and the computer reserved for reading e-journals. You cannot print from these computers.

You can borrow phone chargers and noise-cancelling headphones for use at the library.
