Irma Kunnari

Irma Kunnari works at Haaga-Helia as Research Area Director (Pedagogy and Learning).

She has worked in pedagogical development and teacher training at universities of applied sciences for over 30 years. She has participated in and led both national and international educational development processes focusing on innovative pedagogical solutions related to e.g. guidance of higher education students in multidisciplinary cooperation, work-life cooperation, RDI and integration of learning.

Kunnari has a PhD in education (specialising in educational psychology) and her research has focused in particular on changes in the work of vocational teachers.
