12 methods to use in guidance counselling
Guidance counselling requires versatile methods that support individuals, small groups, and larger groups in reflecting, finding solutions, and making decisions. With practical tools, counsellors can make guidance a long-term process where these three areas can intertwine and complement each other.
This training introduces 12 practical methods that can be applied and adapted for individual guidance, small-group sessions, and larger group activities. The methods are suitable for a wide range of age groups and educational levels, from young learners to adults. Throughout the training, participants will not only learn about the methods but also actively test and experience them firsthand.
