International Teacher Week 2025 - Teaching for All – Creating Inclusive and Engaging Learning Experiences

3rd - 7th of November 2025

We are excited to invite you to Haaga-Helia Teacher Week, taking place in Helsinki this autumn – a week dedicated to professional growth, international exchange, and meaningful conversations on teaching and learning.

This year’s theme, “Teaching for All – Creating Inclusive and Engaging Learning Experiences,” invites us to explore how we can make education more accessible, equitable, and inspiring for every student. From practical classroom strategies to deeper pedagogical reflection, we will focus on how to meet the diverse needs of today’s learners.

The pedagogical training workshops will be led by Sanna Siirilä, Haaga-Helia’s experienced special needs teacher, with a strong background in inclusive education and a passion for creating supportive learning environments.

In addition to the themed training, the week also offers the opportunity to teach as a guest lecturer in Haaga-Helia’s courses. We welcome visiting educators to contribute to a wide range of courses in Business, IT and Tourism and Event management (including courses in study skills and languages).
