Spring term 2023 and summer 2023 timetables have been published (Helsinki and Porvoo Campuses)

Please note that the timetables for summer 2023 have also been published now, and that the enrolment times for summer implementations are the same as the enrolment times for spring term implementations. 

Timetables can be viewed using Lukkarikone, where you can search for implementations using an implementation’s name or ID, a group ID or implementation type as the search criteria. The implementation types and their descriptions can be found on Lukkarikone user instructions.

Enrolment for spring term 2023 and summer 2023 implementations starts on Monday 28.11.2022 at 8 am and ends on Monday 5.12.2022 at 4pm. From Monday 2.1.2023 at 8am, you can enroll for implementations that still have available seats or enroll to queue for implementations that are full.  

Enrolment for first semester studies opens on Monday 9.1.2023 at 8am. Please note that first-semester students have priority for these implementations.

PLEASE NOTE! Updating and sending your PSP for approval or making your personal timetable using Lukkarikone does not replace implementation enrolments!

Please note that 

• after the first enrolment round, students will be accepted to implementations according to the Degree Regulations 5§ – not in the order of enrolment time. Degree Regulations: https://www.haaga-helia.fi/en/norms-be-observed-and-appeal-proceedings
• implementations with too few enrolments can be cancelled. (Please note that implementations may be cancelled due to low number of participants even if the enrolments were first confirmed after the preliminary enrolment time.) 

Please remember to cancel enrolments for implementations that you will not be attending. You will receive a grade 0 for courses that you have enrolled for and not completed, if you have not cancelled your enrolment during the first two weeks after the start of the implementation.
