Nordic Business Forum (NBF), one of the largest business seminars in Europe, will once again be held at the Helsinki Fair Center on 20-21 September 2022.

Haaga-Helia's students have traditionally been recruited for supervisors, supporting roles, and customer service, and this year is no exception.

Nordic Business Forum is looking for hundreds of enthusiastic students for customer service representatives.

Are you eager to learn, grow and gain incomparable work experience in an exceptional group consisting of like-minded people? Are you willing to go over and above the ordinary to provide the world's best customer experience to our 7 000 seminar guests?

NBF has for many years worked with Haaga-Helia to build a customer service team for the company’s annual business and leadership seminars. This is an exceptional opportunity for students to contribute to organizing one of the most significant business conferences in the world - and gain 3 ECTS credits for that!

The recruiting is now on, fill in the application form and apply by Friday 26th of August!

The recruitment schedule this year is going to be very quick, group Interviews will already begin during the application period on Friday, Aug 26.

Haaga-Helia encourages students to be a part of this event and it's completely okay to miss some classes due to mandatory training sessions and preparations. The participating students just need to be in touch with their teacher as soon as possible, as a fast recruitment schedule can cause challenges for implementation.
