Degree Programme in Leading Business Transformation, Master of Business Administration

This programme provides you with excellent skills to work in complex business environments in expert, development, and leader roles. You can work as a project leader, in business planning and development roles, as a function leader, or as an independent entrepreneur. 

After completing the programme, you will have the capability to develop an organisation’s operations and competitiveness in various areas and environments. You will deepen your competencies required in demanding expert and development work in your chosen specialisation area. The studies will enhance your ability to apply new research knowledge to your own environment. 

The key competencies emphasise research and development skills, which deepen analytical and critical thinking as well as problem-solving abilities. In the specialisation studies, you can focus on skills and competencies related to leading business transformation in your chosen area.
