During the Value Europe project students learn to plan and organize a responsible event aimed at the surrounding community and selected secondary schools.
In each workshop an event is set up in one of the participating countries. The aim of the event is to increase all the participants’ valuation of the surroundings including culture, the nature, the neighborhood, and people. The participating students gain valuable knowledge on Event Production in sustainable way.
The participant schools will publish a handbook ”Finding Value in Events – Event Production in Vocational Education” at the end of the project.
The students of Haaga-Helia will work as team leaders during the workshops. They will learn how to lead international teams. The first workshop will be arranged in Helsinki (October 2022).
