Study Services offer online customer service

Our Study Advisors are available online mainly every Tuesday and Thursday at 12 pm – 3 pm, and on Wednesdays at 9 am – 12 pm. You can find the link to the Zoom meeting from Peppi student's desktop.

Study Advisors help with study-related issues and give technical assistance when preparing the individual study plan (ISP). Please note that there might be several people same time in the Zoom meeting. If you would like to discuss about personal issues, it´s possible to arrange a separate meeting with your own Study Advisor by email (firstname.lastname@haaga-helia.fi). You can find the name of your own Study Advisor in Peppi (bachelor degrees).
