Easily accessible discussion support for Haaga-Helia students
Wellbeing Specialist Rosa Weckman supports students when they feel like things are tangled up in their minds.
Body
Haaga-Helia students can talk with Rosa about anything that bothers them, whether it be studies, relationships, loneliness or other challenges in daily life.
For the time being, Rosa provides support remotely. The discussions are strictly confidential and will not be recorded. Discussions can be in Finnish or in English.
- People can easily feel that no one hears or understands them. To overcome this feeling, it is a good idea to get in touch and start talking, Rosa encourages.
Rosa organises also “walk and talk meetings”, where she discusses with the student while walking around.
- Moving helps when things are stuck, Rosa says.
Rosa Weckman's services are tailored in accordance with Haaga-Helia's VOIMA and HALI projects, which focus on students' wellbeing.
