Graduation ceremony

Haaga-Helia's joint spring graduation ceremony will take place by the sea at Marina Congress Center (Katajanokanlaituri 6, Helsinki).

All those who have applied for graduation during the spring semester and will graduate by the end of June are welcome to attend.

The ceremony starts at 14:00. The programme includes President and alumn speeches, greetings and roses for the graduates, and musical performances. The ceremony will be followed by a cake and coffee reception. You can also have your graduation photo taken at the photo booth.

More information will be sent by email to registered graduates closer to the date.

Registration

Pre-registration is required to attend the ceremony. Registration for the ceremony will open on 7 May. Those who have applied for graduation by then will receive an invitation to the ceremony by email. If you are applying for graduation after registration has already started, you can register for the ceremony via the registration link on the confirmation of your graduation application. Registration for the graduation ceremony for graduating students closes on 3 June at 23:59.

Seats at the graduation ceremony will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for graduating students. We will open the registration form for family and friends and send their registration link to the participants on 4 June, if there are still places available.
