Nina Mäkelä has worked as a senior lecturer at Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education since 2011. Prior to that she has extensive experience as a teacher, designer and developer at vocational secondary education.
Her areas of expertise include competence-based pedagogy, different learning environments, fasilitation and study and career guidance. She has also provided training for trainers in various organizations and companies.
