Experience Designer: Create Super Experiences, which truly enhance the customer engagement
Commission the Experience Designer –service design project and benefit from the insights of our highly motivated students.
What is it about? A mixed degree program team of students is looking for real-life challenges to be solved by a design thinking approach and methods. The scope of this company project is 30 ECTS which allows them to concentrate deeply on the given company challenge.
What does the project include? The purpose of this project is 1) to respond to the challenge of the named company and to create an experiential solution to a given challenge and after that 2) to test the planned concept for a company or continue the concept development process according to the given instructions.
What are the benefits? The company has its own team of motivated Experience Designer students. The students will apply a user-centered way of solving the given business challenge, suggest solutions based on true customer insight and provide clear and practical recommendations that can be implemented by the company. The students are guided by experienced service designers.
What does the commissioner need to do and the resources required? The company prepares a project commission based on a true business challenge. The company pitches the challenge to the students, defines the objectives of the given challenge and supports and helps the students in the different phases of a service design project. The company assigns a contact person for the student team. This takes about 0,5 - 1 hours per week. There will be 3 presentations during the project. The time for presentations is 3 hours total.
