Workshop: UAS teachers supporting integration of international students

The social integration and employment of international students is essentially a pedagogical issue in universities of applied sciences. UAS teacher has a tremendous influence on promoting social inclusion and integration to Finnish society and working life. The regional cooperation with the world of work plays a significant role.

This workshop aims to discuss the methods of inclusive pedagogical approaches. Later the ideas and models that emerge will be collected. We invite UAS teachers, their managers, experts on international student services as well as students and representatives of working life partners on board.
