I am a Visiting Principal Lecturer of Practice in Sales at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. I have over 20 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing across the technology and professional services sectors. I am sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation of business leaders at the university.
Recently, I started working as a project manager and sales AI researcher for a Business Finland-funded co-research project called PATA, in collaboration with the University of Turku. We aim to enhance seller-buyer interaction by leveraging artificial intelligence to develop data-based models for better customer experience. The project will continue for the next three years.
My passion lies in helping organisations discover unique business and emotional value propositions. Identifying the "job-to-be-done" can reduce customer purchasing barriers and drive consistent business growth. I am also dedicated to exploring, testing, and prototyping AI solutions to enhance the organisational effectiveness of B2B sales and marketing processes.
My primary motivation and objective are to empower individuals and businesses to succeed. I achieve this through coaching approaches that emphasise the development of people and organisations. I am a responsible leader who takes care of the personal aspects of those I work with.
Lastly, I host weekly meditation sessions called #AloneTogetherMeditation - Monday Moring Focus to help people focus and recharge.
