TeProD: Improving Teachers and Students Professional Development with Twin Transition in Sub-Saharan Africa

The purpose of the TeProD project is to empower Higher Education (HE) teachers with knowledge and skills in Green and Digital transitions (twin transition). The project will achieve this through training, curriculum development, enhanced teaching methods, and AI-enhanced course content.

Specific objectives of the TeProD project are:

  • To increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in the pedagogical programs in the area of circular economy, green transition, digitalization, pedagogy and use of AI and digital tools in education
  • To increase the knowledge and skills of students studying in the pedagogical programs in the area of circular economy, green transition, digitalization, pedagogy and use of AI and digital tools in education
  • To increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in other HE programs in the area of circular economy, green transition, digitalization, pedagogy and use of AI and digital tools in education
  • To align curricula with industry needs in the area of twin transition
  • To enhance collaboration and partnerships among higher education institutions and industry professionals in the area of twin transition.
