Apply to join ALFA Labs and travel to Montenegro in March 2027
Are you curious about how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the way we learn? Join ALFA Labs, an Erasmus+ project bringing together universities from the Ulysseus European University Alliance to explore how AI can support more inclusive, accessible, and innovative learning.
Body
Shape the future of learning with AI! A Living Lab is an interactive learning experience where students, teachers, and researchers work together to test new ideas in a real educational environment.
Instead of simply learning about AI, you will experience it first-hand by solving practical challenges, comparing different ways of learning, and helping improve future teaching practices.
During the Living Labs, you will
- work in international teams with students from other European universities;
- solve practical challenges related to different disciplines;
- compare learning without AI and with AI;
- test AI tools and reflect on how they support learning, creativity and accessibility;
- provide feedback that will help shape future higher education.

As part of the project, selected students are expected to participate in all four Living Labs:
- Physical Living Lab 1 – Haaga-Helia (Finland), 14–15 October 2026
