Graduating this spring? Apply for graduation on 3rd of June at the latest

You can apply for graduation when all the required credits and your thesis are registered. If you intend to graduate in June, your thesis must be submitted for evaluation on Monday 20 May 2024 at the latest. Remember to complete your maturity test, too.

If you have any questions concerning your studies or you need guidance, please contact your Guidance Counsellor – you can find their name in Peppi.

Apply for graduation before 3 June 3.00 pm.

In order to graduate, please first fill in the Graduand Feedback Questionnaire (AVOP). After completing the questionnaire, you will be automatically redirected to the Application for Degree Certificate. The link to the questionnaire and more information about graduation are on Haaga-Helia’s web page about graduation.

Once you have applied for graduation, just sit back and wait for Haaga-Helia to review your application and confirm your graduation date.

Please note that it is not possible to graduate in July. After June 3rd, the application for graduation opens in August.

Everyone who applied for graduation during the spring can attend our graduation ceremony on 14 June. Mark the day in your calendar, more details are coming a little later.
