In today’s globalized world, professionals must manage crises, such as pandemics, disasters, and emergencies, while addressing conflicts in diverse communities and organizations. This course builds skills in crisis and conflict management, emphasizing support for vulnerable groups. Topics include conflict resolution, crisis communication, emergency leadership, and strategies to foster resilience and stability.
Duration: 7.–22.11.2025

Assessment: Assignments and forum discussions in between the webinars
