Distribution method of home directories changes - restart VDI

For Internet security reasons, the distribution method of the home directories (network drives M:\ and N:\) on the Myy and Hemy servers will change.

The change will take effect on Thursday, August 3rd and will be operational no later than Friday, August 4th.

The change does not require any measures other than restarting the VDI desktop.

The home directories have been temporarily in "read-only" mode, in this context full access rights are restored.

The Internet pages on Myy (https://myy.haaga-helia.fi/~username) will still remain operational, but it is not possible to update them.

The situation regarding them will be informed separately later.

If after August 4th and restarting the workstation, the M:\ and/or N:\ home directories do not appear or files cannot be changed, contact HelpDesk.
