Library services are considered very important (rating 4.7 / 5), and users are satisfied with the services (rating 4.5 / 5). The library received a school grade of 9, and 72% of respondents actively recommend its services to others.

"Library plays an important role in studying. To get books, to read inside, to do group work or to self study, meet friends this is the best place in the university. Hence I highly recommended the library to be used.”

Customers are very satisfied with the customer service but they also value the possibility to use the libraries during self-service hours. Respondents feel that the library’s activities and collections have played an important role in supporting both studying and working at Haaga-Helia.

The library will communicate in more detail about the development targets that are rising from the survey. The library will keep users informed about the key development areas and follow-up actions highlighted in the survey through its different channels.

Among all survey participants, five Lippu.fi gift cards and five Prisma gift cards were raffled. The winners have been contacted by email. The library congratulates the winners!
