During the pandemic, VOIMA and HALI projects aim to support the wellbeing of Haaga-Helia's students. Project actors invite students to virtually share their experiences and ideas related to the topic. From March to May, students will have the opportunity to share their thoughts at the weekly Voimahali (power hug) meetings, the next of which will be held on Wednesday, March 17th from 2 to 3 p.m.

The corresponding experts change weekly, and some meetings also have a pre-arranged theme. At the upcoming Voimahali meeting, Haaga-Helia's psychiatric nurse Sirpa Helenius will discuss with students the challenges of coping and wellbeing related to the current state of pandemic. Voimahali project actors also participate in the discussion.

The meeting will be held at Zoom, and the link can be found on the student intra front page. Attendance at meetings is also possible in English. Welcome!
