Open basketball practice on Mondays in Pasila

3AMK Moves is happy to announce a basketball event held every teaching week on Mondays at 2 PM. The event is open to everyone, and you don't need to know how to play – the most important thing is to move and have fun together! Bring your sports gear and come play!

3AMK moves is a project aimed at increasing physical activity in the daily lives of higher education communities in Finland. The goal is to support well-being and community through movement.
