Telecommunications maintenance work on campuses 5.9. in the morning

We are performing a planned maintenance word in co-operation with CSC on Friday 5.9.2025.

Break is about to begin at 8:00 and end by 10:00. 

During the maintenance, we are switching equipment. Internet connections on campuses and between campuses are not working. Some services are working in Pasila and Haaga.

Before the break, it is possible to use all Haaga-Helia services on campuses and off-campuses. During maintenance some of the services are working. If you have started a Moodle course before the break, you can continue using the course in Pasila or in Haaga with computers that are connected by wire to local area network and all the material is in Moodle.  Also Peppi will work in Pasila and Haaga, if it has been started before the break.

On campuses, sharing internet connection from one's own mobile phone and outside of the campuses email, Teams and Onedrive are working. Zoom can be used if session has been started before the break.  

Wireless connections to internet are not working during the break on campuses.
