The Future of AI in Management and Leadership
This lecture explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping leadership, management, and decision-making in organizations. Drawing on recent research, the session examines the rise of AI-supported leadership, the opportunities and risks of algorithmic management, and the evolving relationship between human judgment and machine intelligence. Particular attention is given to fairness, trust, and the skills leaders need to succeed in an AI-driven workplace.
This event is open to participants from all 8 Ulysseus partner universities, as well as anyone interested in the topic. Everyone is welcome to join!
