Room reservations: Campus spesific email addresses close on October 1st

The campus spesific room reservation service email addresses (Tilavaraus Haaga, Tilavaraus Malmi, Tilavaraus Pasila and Tilavaraus Porvoo) will close on October 1st 2025.

After that only the address of the centralized room reservation services, [email protected], will be used. This action is taken to reduce the amount of shared mailboxes.

The service itself will not change, as all the messages sent to the campus spesific addresses are already directed to the centralized one, where the requests are handled. When sending a request, please mention the campus it concerns.
