The satisfaction of students who started their studies at Haaga-Helia in the fall of 2023 is evident in the recent student survey conducted among the last autumn's newcomers. The survey, seamlessly integrated into the feedback of the 'Introduction to Studies' course, gathered 470 responses.

Based on the results, 53.5% of respondents awarded Haaga-Helia an overall rating of 4, while 35.5% gave the institution the highest possible score of 5 on a scale of 1-5. Students reported receiving good support from various sources, with positive perceptions of various guidance services. However, it is important to note that some students had not yet gained extensive experience with the available services, as reflected in the number of 'No comment" responses.

Among the open-ended responses, students expressed satisfaction with the support provided by the school and felt that Haaga-Helia aligns very well with their expectations.

The results will be reported to Haaga-Helia's leadership, supervisors, educational programs, and the Student Wellbeing Working Group. The detailed results can be examined here.

The next student survey awaits the responses of those who began their studies in January 2024. In turn, students who started in the fall of 2022 and spring of 2023 are invited to participate in a follow-up survey. YAMK students will also participate in their own survey during the spring. So, remember to respond and make your voice heard!"
