International Mobility Application System to Be Renewed – Changes to International Grant and Intensive Programme Applications

International Services' Mobility Application System Is Being Renewed
News article

Body

The international mobility application system is being renewed, and a new system will be introduced in the coming months. The change will affect several international mobility services and application processes.

What does this mean for applicants?

The introduction of the new system will particularly affect:

  • applications for international exchange studies
  • applications for mobility grants (e.g. BIP programmes and traineeships)
  • applications for intensive programmes abroad (e.g. BIP programmes)
  • the submission and processing of mobility-related documents.

In the future, all applications and related documents will be processed through the new system. Applicants should be prepared for changes to both the application processes and the user interface.

Current Application Forms Will Close on 26 July

As part of the system renewal, the current application forms will remain available until 26 July, after which they will be closed.

If you are planning to apply for a mobility grant or participate in an intensive programme abroad, we recommend submitting your application through the current system before the deadline.

After the forms have been closed, it will no longer be possible to submit new applications using the old forms. Application processes will gradually be transferred to the new system.

Impact During the Transition Period

The implementation of the new system may involve short service interruptions or changes to application schedules. We will make every effort to minimise disruptions and will communicate detailed timelines separately.

Further Information

More detailed instructions on how to use the new system, as well as updated application processes, will be published before its launch. Any changes to application deadlines or procedures will be communicated separately.
