The 3T project for enhancing the employment skills of refugees aims to promote refugee employment in the Helsinki metropolitan area in Finland. We strive to address employment challenges through skills identification, skills development, and facilitating the interaction between employers and employees. Recognizing skills facilitates opportunities to find jobs and integrate into the Finnish working life. The 3T project is implemented by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and is funded by the ESR+ program. It started in spring 2023 and will conclude in February 2025.
The 3T project is intended for
- Ukrainian citizens who have been granted temporary protection
- Asylum seekers who have the right to work or are in the process of obtaining the right to work.
