Methods and Outcomes

This “Sustainable Future of Education“ Erasmus BIP-project offers teacher students an in-depth understanding of global challenges in sustainable development and education. It fosters international networking to explore sustainable learning and teaching practices across cultural contexts.

Learning outcomes:

  • Students familiarize themselves with the basic values of sustainable development and related questions of ecological sustainability, as well as social and economic justice.
  • Students can identify further needs and opportunities to promote social equality and inclusivity in their teaching work. They acquire knowledge of educational technology and can use new methods and tools, such as AI, during their studies.
  • Students are able to manage cultural diversity in international contexts.

The course combines interactive, student-centered pedagogy with a pre-webinar and an intensive week featuring keynote lectures and study visits. Students work in international teams to tackle real-world projects.
