• is able to evaluate the factors influencing the customer experience, including ethics, sustainability and global megatrends.

Student has ability to identify the change in airline industry and airline markets during the past century. Student is able to define aviation value chain and airline's main stakeholders. Student is able to distinguish diverse airline business models, partnerships and the density of partnerships. Student is able to interpret airline's basic key performance indicators.

The course ensures that graduates act towards ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices and solutions and understand that responsible practices are a basic necessity in businesses.
After completion of this course or the equivalent assessment of prior learning, the student will be able to:
1. Identify the fundamental concepts related to sustainability, responsible business, corporate responsibility, circular economy and climate businesses.
2. Recognise the motives and risks involved in running a responsible business.
