Designing Learning Environment in Collaboration with Nonformal and Formal Education
Nonformal learning environments enable the acquisition of skills that can be recognized as part of the degree-based education.
The pedagogical competence of experts working with young people must be strengthened so that they can successfully enable young people´s learning processes.
Teachers need to understand the functioning of nonformal communities. Strengthening collaboration between nonformal and formal learning environment enables a new operating culture. It enhances learning as well as young people's personal development and active role in community with an aim of increasing social capital.
Objectives
- Participant is familiar with the concepts and practices of both, personalized vocational education and nonformal community work with young people.
- Participant is able to make pedagogical solutions that promote learning, competence acquirement and demonstration in nonformal learning process of young people.
- Participant introduce experimental solutions to increase social capital and collaboration with nonformal and formal education and learning.

The training consists of 3 modules and includes the development project.

Target group: Students abroad: experts in charge of community work with young people and who want to develop their pedagogical skills and collaboration with vocational schools; vocational teachers who want to develop their collaboration with nonformal education.
Cost: The cost of the programme depends on the number of participants, length, the type of implementation and specific contents.
