Cancellation terms for consumers

All cancellations should be written requests to the email summerschool@haaga-helia.fi

Summer School reserves the right to cancel a course, e.g., if the participant number is too low. In case of cancellation, the students will be informed immediately. If Summer School cancels the course, the course fee payment that the student has made to Haaga-Helia will be refunded.

We understand that, e.g., falling ill or not being able to obtain a visa can be frustrating and extremely disappointing. However, please note that refunds cannot be provided for these reasons. In such a case, the student might be eligible for a refund from their insurance company.
